All of our fantastic monthly winners are now being considered by the Senior Leadership Team for the overall 2025 Team of the Year Award. Jet 2 Training Centre, Bradford

Our security officers at Jet 2’s prestigious training centre have become an integral part of the client’s culture, known for being polite, conscientious, and hardworking. They consistently go above and beyond their standard duties, offering customer service skills that are described as "second to none". By demonstrating strong people skills and a proactive "can-do" attitude, they put visitors at ease and willingly help out on-site whenever the opportunity arises.

Adel Beck Secure Children’s Home, Leeds

Working in the challenging environment of a secure children’s home requires a unique blend of professionalism and empathy. Our team at Adel Beck has earned the utmost trust from the client through their pragmatic and non-judgmental approach.

Responsible for the control room, CCTV monitoring, and access control, these officers have worked together as a cohesive unit for over eight years. Operations Manager Mark Wilson noted that their ability to pull together and support one another is what truly sets them apart.

Abdullah Alyan and Mohammed Rasool were honoured for their exceptional service and outstanding support at Exchange Court. Their dedication has earned high praise from our valued clients at CBRE who appreciate the team regularly going well beyond what is asked of them. Whether arriving early to shifts or assisting with extra tasks, Abdullah and Mohammed consistently put the client's needs first.

During the year, Abdullah’s quick thinking and decisive action in a challenging situation drew specific thanks from the site manager. By transforming a difficult moment into a manageable one through resourcefulness, he demonstrated the true value of proactive service.

Maersk, Tamworth

Our team at Maersk in Tamworth is recognised for a steadfast "client-first" approach. Handling gatehouse duties, reception, and site patrols, they maintain high-quality service in a complex and dynamic logistics environment. Services Operations Manager Mark Wilson describes the team as a "joy to work with," citing their polite and professional manner.

RPG Harrogate

At the prestigious RPG Harrogate office building, our front-of-house and security patrol team has reached new heights of service excellence. Tasked with maintaining the highest standards for tenants and visitors, the team fully embraced new reporting systems and worked closely with management to drive continuous improvement. Their collaborative spirit has resulted in impressive KPI scores and enthusiastic praise from the client.
